Other ways to sober up quickly, which he named:

  • Take a walk,
  • take a cold shower,
  • massage your feet and earlobes,
  • induce vomiting,
  • sweet black tea,
  • activated carbon. 

“It is important to drink mineral water without gas to restore the water-electrolyte balance in the body,” said the doctor.

There is no magic remedy to immediately become sober. But there are general rules that alleviate the condition.

1. Hydration. Drink plenty of water to help your body flush out alcohol and prevent dehydration.

2. Nutritious food. Eat foods rich in protein, carbohydrates and fat to help your body recover and provide essential nutrients.

3. Rest. Allow yourself to rest and recover. Try to sleep or just relax.

4. Physical activity. Light physical activity, such as walking or moderate exercise, can help speed up your metabolism and make you feel better.

5. Avoid caffeine. While coffee will help you wake up, it can also increase dehydration. It is better to choose caffeine-free drinks or drink more water.
