Bobrovsky stated that the easiest way to reduce the hips by removing excess fat from them is to spend calories on physical activity.

“To lose weight, you need to to form a negative energy balance – for this, in a nutshell, eat less and move more, ”the expert shared his recommendation with Russian women.
Bobrovsky added that losing weight in the hips, as in any other part of the body, where it starts locally to accumulate fat, it is possible only through systemic weight loss.
