Nutritionist: fermented foods contribute to weight loss and acceleration of metabolism

Both of these products belong to the fermented category. They help both lose weight and improve immunity.

Morrison noted that her clients who ate simple kale dishes were able to lower cholesterol, get rid of body fat and lower blood glucose levels.

In addition, fermented foods serve as a preventative against cardiovascular diseases and certain types of cancer.
