Nutritionist Alexey Kabanov named foods that should not be eaten for dinner by those who want to lose weight.

Nutritionist Kabanov advised people losing weight to give up some foods on your evening menu. First of all, dinner should not contain any sweets, especially industrially produced ones. If a meal is unthinkable without something sweet, you can eat a small portion of fruit or dried fruit, the expert suggested.

In addition, Kabanov noted, it is better for those losing weight to avoid eating meat and dairy products for dinner. Explaining why you shouldn't eat meat in the evening, the nutritionist pointed out its high content of saturated fat, the consumption of which carries the risk of dangerous health problems. The expert said that at later times of the day preference should be given to protein of plant origin.

“Any excess of saturated fatty acids, which are too abundant in meat and meat by-products, is fraught with problems with the heart, blood vessels, diabetes and obesity,” he warned in an interview with the portal Pravda.Ru.
As for dairy products, Kabanov recalled : They are a source of natural trans fats, and most fatty milks contain too much of them. According to the nutritionist, foods with unsaturated fatty acids are more suitable for dinner:

“It’s better to eat a small portion of nuts or a vegetable salad with vegetable oil.”
