Doctor Korobkina: there is no product incompatibility

combination of products
Medic Anna Korobkina noted: one should not believe that some products are incompatible and therefore should not be used together.

Doctor Korobkina called the popular theory about the incompatibility of individual foods a myth. Supporters of this theory argue that the use of such products harms the body: it provokes digestive problems and the release of toxins. But the specialist said in an interview that the digestive tract of the human body is an organ that has formed over a long period of evolution. Over the course of its development, it has been well “learned” to extract the nutrients it needs from various foods.

“In the process of evolution, the human gastrointestinal tract has developed to the point that it can “take” all the necessary nutrients from food, as well as produce such enzymes that are needed to digest several different proteins and fats at once,” the doctor shared.
Also, Korobkina drew attention to the fact that almost all products contain mixed components in the form of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, trace elements, and so on. But the body digests them quite normally.

The permissible norm of eggs per week has been named

At the same time, the expert confirmed to Gazeta.Ru that there are food combinations that are difficult for digestion. But in their case, the gastrointestinal tract simply takes longer to digest, and this does not mean that together they cannot be absorbed. The occurrence of unpleasant symptoms after some combinations of products is associated solely with individual tolerance: it is difficult for someone to digest them, but for someone not. The same salad of tomatoes and cucumbers is digested without problems by a huge number of people. to recover from the flu.
