According to Churakina, such fish should be consumed at least twice a week.

The doctor also included sources of choline and B vitamins in the list of products that improve brain function. The expert explained: the substance choline promotes the formation of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which is involved in the processes of regulating memory and other cognitive functions. As for B vitamins, they are necessary to maintain the normal functioning of the nervous system and to create neurons.
