According to the doctor, they do not differ from the symptoms that were observed in people infected with previous versions of Omicron – in general, their picture resembles SARS. “The temperature rises, there may be moderate intoxication and phenomena from nasal congestion to cough,” the specialist listed.
Sergei Voznesensky clarified that Arcturus, like other varieties of Omicron, has a high virulence, that is, it can quickly spread between people. At the same time, scientists believe that the new sub-variant is not capable of causing an epidemic of severe forms of the disease.
