Oncourologist Mark Gadzian: six rules for combating anxiety

Urological surgeon, andrologist, urological oncologist Mark Gadzian told what can be done to maintain balance.

According to him, sociologists reported a significant deterioration socio-psychological state of Russians. Thus, last year the anxiety rate increased compared to 2021 from 31% to 49%.

Recipe for maintaining balance from Gadzian:

1. Watch the news less often (if possible, don’t watch it at all)
2. Spend more time with family and in nature
3. Play sports
4. Travel
5. Attend the theater, concerts, festivals
6. Take dietary supplements that tonic the nervous system

“If 6 points don’t work, then definitely involve psychologists and even psychiatrists,” the doctor noted in his blog.

Symptoms of anxiety disorder:

  • anxiety and tension in connection with current affairs or even for no particular reason;
  • constant fear for your life and the lives of loved ones;
  • stress, inability relax;

Along with mental changes, physical symptoms occur:
