According to allergist-immunologist Maria Polner, the most dangerous products in terms of salmonellosis infection are meat, dairy products, eggs and confectionery creams.

Salmonellosis is an infectious disease that is usually transmitted through food or water. You can also become infected from animals and through contaminated objects.

There are more and more cases of salmonellosis, and the disease has become less susceptible to treatment with antibacterial drugs.
