Stomach cancer is one of the most common oncological diseases. It can start in any part of the stomach and spread to other organs, especially the esophagus, lungs and liver.

In stomach cancer, if the tumor is located at the point where the esophagus passes into the stomach, there is a narrowing of the lumen (tumor stenosis). Therefore, another characteristic symptom of the disease can be identified: immediately after eating, people may have nausea, vomiting, and a feeling that the food is not passing due to a mechanical obstruction.

In addition, if the tumor in the stomach sometimes bleeds, a person has dark-colored vomit (called “coffee grounds”) and black stools.

Possible signs of stomach cancer:
