– Stress, both emotional and physical, is a well-known cause of hair loss, because it causes hormonal fluctuations and imbalances that disrupt the growth cycle of hair follicles and bring them into the dormant and shedding stages prematurely. Once blood sugar levels are under control, the hair will grow back,– added the expert.
