“Vitamins for tanning is a proud name so far only carotenoids and selenium are worn. They turned out to be the most effective and confirmed their ability to protect the skin from the sun. Also, these vitamins reduce the harm from sunlight, allow you to sunbathe without harm to the skin and the appearance of pigmentation, ”the expert says.
Important: to obtain the effect, supplementation should be started 14 days before active tanning and continued for 1.5-2 months.

Carotenoids (provitamin A) are present in orange and red vegetables and fruits. They contain a natural pigment, which gives them such bright shades.

Beta-carotene, turning into vitamin A, promotes collagen synthesis, and it depends on it whether the skin will be elastic. Carotene will help protect the skin from the aggressive effects of the sun.
