Food technologist Zhanna Guchok told how eating processed cheese can benefit the body.

Technologist Guchok stated in a commentary to Gazeta.Ru:

“In terms of mineral content, processed cheese is one of the valuable products.”
In particular, such cheese contains sodium, phosphorus, calcium, and magnesium. Its use is recommended for patients with diseases of the musculoskeletal system, during recovery from fractures and operations. Zhanna Guchok noted that processed cheese is useful for strengthening bone tissue and improving the condition of teeth.

In addition, it is a source of protein necessary for muscles.

“This product is rich in easily digestible protein, necessary for normal growth and muscle development,” the expert said.
At the same time, the expert emphasized, processed cheese should be consumed in moderation. It should be remembered that it contains quite a lot of salt and is rich in fat. If you have hypertension, you may have to discard the product, but for healthy people it is better to eat it in the morning rather than in the evening, so as not to create an excess of unspent calories and fat.

What is also important: processed cheese must be of high quality, its composition is as natural as possible. People with allergies and lactose intolerance should eat it with extreme caution.
