“To prevent cancer, you should limit the consumption of fatty, sweet, smoked and spicy foods,” he said in a commentary for RIA Novosti.
Kaprin added that to protect the body from cancer, you need to be exposed to open sun as little as possible. During the hours of maximum solar activity, you should avoid being outside. In addition, there is no need to visit a solarium.

The expert stated that another important condition for cancer prevention is giving up bad habits. We are talking about putting an end to smoking and alcohol abuse, physical inactivity, irregular sleep and late falling asleep.
