“In particular with milk: the combination of milk protein casein and organic fruit acids can cause increased gas formation. And with animal proteins: all meat and fish dishes require more time for the digestion process in the stomach than fruits,” the doctor clarified in an interview with Izvestia.
The doctor warned that when combining meat snacks with tangerines, the intestines can trigger putrefactive processes in the intestines.

Also, you should not snack on alcoholic drinks with tangerines – this increases the risk of allergic reactions.

What do tangerines go with? Fermented milk products, including cottage cheese, are suitable sour cream and cheese, as well as non-starchy vegetables, herbs.

Tangerines are a separate meal. Nutritionist Meshcheryakova shared the following recommendation:

“Any fruits, and citrus fruits in particular, are recommended to be consumed as a separate meal, without mixing with other foods. It’s better not earlier than 1.5–2 hours after breakfast or lunch.”
How tangerines can harm you.  The doctor advised eating these fruits in quantities of no more than 4-5 pieces. You should not consume them in the evening – the consequences may be heartburn and intestinal upset.

Tangerines are allergenic.

For a number of diseases they are contraindicated, and they can also interfere with the absorption of medications.
