Nutritionist Mariyat Mukhina told which autumn berries are especially useful for strengthening the health of the vascular system and lowering blood pressure.

According to Doctor of Medical Sciences Mariyat Mukhina, it is advisable to eat chokeberry for vascular health.

“Watermelon, chokeberry and lingonberry are useful for high blood pressure,” the doctor said in an interview with Moskva 24.
The nutritionist noted that in watermelon contains a lot of magnesium, which is recommended for hypertensive patients. Lingonberries have a diuretic effect, help remove excess fluid and reduce swelling, and also contain a lot of vitamin C, which strengthens the walls of blood vessels.
