Speaking about meat as a source of protein, doctor Timoschenko clarified: you should eat red meat no more than twice a week. In addition, to strengthen and grow muscles, the expert advised eating poultry.

The expert added that legumes and cereals also provide protein in the human diet. Therefore, it will be useful to include buckwheat and whole oats, beans, chickpeas and green peas in the menu.
