Doctor Solomatina drew a parallel between drinking milk oolong and prolonging life

Dietician Elena Solomatina said that thanks to regular consumption of milk oolong, a person can prolong life by several years.

Doctor Solomatina explained in a conversation with “Evening Moscow”, why is it useful to drink milk oolong – a drink that occupies an intermediate position in the degree of fermentation between black and green tea.

“Black tea is more fermented, green – less, but oolong has medium fermentation, without excessive astringency and bitterness,” the doctor specified.
Elena Solomatina drew a parallel between drinking milk oolong and prolonging life, saying that the drink prevents the formation of free radicals. These molecules with an oxidation effect can damage cells, provoking the development of inflammation and tumor processes. The number of free radicals in the body may increase due to the influence of aggressive environmental factors and chronic stress. Milk oolong contains substances that inhibit their occurrence. In particular, it is rich in antioxidant polyphenols, which have an anti-inflammatory effect. Studies have shown that polyphenols can reduce the activity of free radicals and at the same time reduce the risks of cardiovascular diseases, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and cancer.

“It has already been proven that if you regularly drink this tea, you can extend your life by five years,” the specialist postulated.
What is important to know: milk oolong is not suitable for drinking if you have an individual intolerance, as well as some chronic health problems (for example , with problems with the liver and stomach, with a tendency to constipation).

Earlier, the portal MedikForum.ru wrote that drinking tea and eating soups can be a way to alleviate hay fever – an allergy to pollen.
