Doctor Mukhina spoke in an interview about drinks for blood thinning – one of them she called water with lemon.

“There are various fats in the blood that tend to clump, increase blood viscosity, and settle on the walls of blood vessels. The acid in the lemon can break down these fats into smaller fractions. Such water thins the blood, reduces its viscosity,” the specialist explained to Moscow 24.
