Dietitian Andrei Bobrovsky called products with magnesium and omega-3 useful for stress.

In a state of stress, the right diet helps the body survive it, Bobrovsky said in an interview.

“There are groups of products that can prevent the rapid depletion of the body during psycho-emotional overload. They can also help a person prepare for these very overloads, ”said the Sputnik radio specialist.

The doctor noted that when experiencing stress, it is useful to eat food that contains certain trace elements. In particular, among those useful in a state of stress, doctor Bobrovsky named foods with magnesium.

What foods contain magnesium? There are a lot of it in wheat bran, cocoa , dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds, sunflower, flax. Magnesium is also found in nuts, seaweed, avocados, celery, broccoli.

In addition, zinc, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and folic acid provide effective support to the body in stress. Doctor Bobrovsky advised eating their sources.

“It can be strawberries, oranges, tangerines, avocados, spinach, carrots, quail eggs and others. Fatty ones can be found in fatty fish, in particular herring, mackerel and Baltic herring.
