The expert jury highly appreciated the company's contribution to solving problems of national importance to preserve the life and health of the population.
Today, heart disease and oncology are the key causes of early mortality in Russia. Controlling these serious diseases is a public health priority. Every year, in every tenth patient with coronary heart disease (CHD), the disease develops into an acute form—myocardial infarction. The functionality of CardioLine is aimed at reducing mortality from myocardial infarction and its complications. As part of the program, the company’s specialists route each patient with an acute form of coronary artery disease from the stage of calling an ambulance to the stage of clinical observation. The company's experts monitor compliance with standards and clinical recommendations when providing medical care to cardiac patients at all stages and work with medical organizations to reduce defects.

The goal of Onco.net is to increase early diagnosis and reduce the mortality rate of patients from malignant neoplasms (malignant neoplasms). The program is implemented in two directions: targeted support for patients with suspected cancer and a newly diagnosed cancer at all stages of medical care, as well as quality control of this care, including timely diagnosis, start of treatment, correct administration of drug therapy and compliance with terms of hospitalization and dispensary observation. .

“We have built a comprehensive system of targeted support for patients with cancer and cardiovascular diseases. In combination with an independent audit of the quality of medical care at all stages of its provision and work with medical institutions to eliminate defects, this helps to solve key healthcare problems in increasing the life expectancy of the population of our country,” said Andrey Ryzhakov, General Director of AlfaStrakhovanie – Compulsory Medical Insurance.

In 2023, the company's insurance representatives provided support to more than 53 thousand cardiac and oncology patients, helped them get timely appointments with a cardiologist, therapist, oncologist, and also undergo the necessary examinations to start treatment.
