This type of mold can be seen on vegetables and fruits , bread, on the surface of jam.
It spreads quickly and grows in the form of brown-green colonies.

“But if the immune system is weakened by illness or general exhaustion, mold spores enter the bloodstream and can cause serious illness. For example, bronchial asthma, cirrhosis of the liver, malignant and benign neoplasms, – the expert noted.

Food mold is a microscopic filamentous fungus that lives on any animal and plant products. It reproduces by means of spores, which are carried by air, water and insects.

In case of improper or long-term storage of bread, mold of different colors may appear on its surface: green, blue-green, black.

– The most poisonous are yellow mold and black rot. Yellow mold produces a strong mycotoxin, also called aflatoxin. Meeting it with the human body is undesirable and extremely dangerous – it causes severe lung damage and can even lead to death, – Kutushov noted earlier.

Even if there are no traces of mold on the bread, you smell musty , rancidity, which means that the bread has already begun to mold.

The most dangerous are moldy peanut butter and the nuts themselves. It is also extremely dangerous to eat spoiled canned food, it threatens with botulism. Moldy meat products are also considered very dangerous.

Botulism is a serious disease caused by toxins from the bacteria Clostridium botulinum. Its early symptoms are:

  • great fatigue,
