Experts shared their opinion on what to eat for breakfast in order to get the maximum benefit for the body.

According to nutritionist Mikhail Ginzburg< /b>, you should pay attention to cottage cheese, dairy products, cereals, coffee and coarse bread. They can be connected to each other.

– For example, take cottage cheese and fermented baked milk, mix, add cereal, mix again, take coffee in your other hand, add milk. Eat the first mixture and drink the second, the expert noted.
If you prefer sandwiches, they can also be made healthy, Ginzburg emphasized. Take rough bread, lettuce, chicken breast, chop a tomato.

“If a person didn’t have breakfast, his metabolism didn’t start, his body didn’t wake up, and, of course, he will swing for a long time in order to bring himself into a vigorous working shape,” she emphasized.
