On October 21, the Grand Karat Sochi 5* Hotel hosted the conference and award “Quality of Service and Consumer Rights” for the 13th time. This is an annual event that rewards companies that develop their customer service most effectively. Participants include CDEK, SberMarketing, LG Electronics, Pyaterochka, Russian Railways and other major representatives of various business areas. The first professional network of orthopedic salons ORTEKA won in two nominations at once.
The jury of the award includes experts from leading public organizations in the field of retail, such as the Union of Consumers of Russia and the CIS, the Association of Retail Trade Companies (AKORT), the Association of Internet Trade Companies (AKIT). According to the voting results, ORTEKA became the best network of health goods stores in the Retail category. The competition jury highly appreciated the unique format of orthopedic care, which ORTEKA is constantly improving.
