Nutritionist Zubareva: pumpkin seeds reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels

Dietitian Natalya Zubareva spoke about the benefits of pumpkin seeds. They will help lower blood cholesterol levels due to magnesium.

Pumpkin seeds contain plant fibers necessary for high-quality digestion and good functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.
