Toxicologist, professor Mikhail Kutushov, told us how to properly cleanse the liver. According to him, it is important to do everything “in a comprehensive manner and without harm to the body”
Limit toxins in everyday life. Kutushov classifies the following as toxins:
- household chemicals,
- cosmetics, plastic,
- Teflon,
- smoking, alcohol,
- fried,
- canned goods, trans fats,
- dyes, thickeners.
Improve your bowel movements: 1-2 times a day.
— Frequent constipation leads to chronic intoxication, — the specialist emphasized.
Monitor the bile outflow. You need to drink very warm water on an empty stomach, add physical exercise. You can take taurine (500 mg per day), lecithin (500 mg per day) (in courses of 1-2 months).
Go to a bathhouse/sauna and steam yourself. Through sweat, the body removes toxins: arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury, as well as sebaceous residues and dead epidermis.
Use milk thistle oil, it protects the liver from poisoning: 1 teaspoon 2 times a day before meals, for a month.
Take probiotics.
There are several signs that may indicate liver problems:
- Pain in the right hypochondrium. Unpleasant sensations or discomfort in the right hypochondrium.
