Toxicologist, professor Mikhail Kutushov suggested making natural energy drinks. With the help of these drinks you can perk up without harming your health.
— Don’t drink these drinks at night, as there is a high probability of not falling asleep, — the doctor warned.
First drink:
- 1 glass of hot water,
- 1/2-2 teaspoon of honey,
- 2.5 cm of fresh ginger root,
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom,
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric.
Honey should be added when the drink has cooled down a bit.
The second drink is simply good quality green tea. According to Kutyshov, it is “the best energy drink in the world.”
The third drink
- 1 tbsp. hibiscus,
- 1 tbsp. rose hips,
- a pinch of cinnamon,
- 1-2 cloves,
- 10 drops of ginseng tincture.
- 300-400 ml of boiling water
Brew hibiscus, rose hips and spices with boiling water, leave for 30 minutes, strain, add tincture.
