China has launched the world's first inhaled COVID-19 vaccine, which is delivered by mouth by inhalation. The active ingredients are dissolved in a special vapor or mist, and the application of the vaccine itself resembles a classic inhalation. This distinguishes this drug from the nasal form of the vaccine, which began to be actively distributed in Russia and is also the first in the world.

In Russia began to test a foreign vaccine against coronavirus

Chinese health officials hope the inhaled vaccine will increase demand for the drug among people who are afraid of needles and injections. And this will allow, in the foreseeable future, to still remove the draconian antiviral restrictions that operate in the territory of the Celestial Empire, often leading to rolling quarantines of multimillion-dollar megacities and stopping production, which painfully hits the national economy.

China and Russia are developing a joint vaccine

An inhaled vaccine was approved in China last month, but it has not been licensed in other countries including Russia, the UK or the US. The manufacturer of this vaccine presented clinical trial data at the World Vaccine Congress in Barcelona earlier this month.
