Why green bananas can save you from cancer
Eating an unripe green banana, which contains a lot of dietary fiber, provides the prevention of tumors. This conclusion was made by experts from the University of Newcastle in the UK.

During the experiments, its authors gave people with a high hereditary risk of cancer foods containing a maximum of sustainable fibers. Most of them are just in unripe fruits. This diet has reduced the risk of some forms of cancer by more than 50%.
