In an interview with a dietitian, an opinion was expressed that such a food product as mushrooms is not suitable for everyone to eat. The expert noted that mushrooms, being saturated with protein and coarse fiber, are difficult to digest food. Speaking about who should not eat mushrooms, nutritionist Duval clarified in a comment to Moscow24:

“People who suffer from gastrointestinal diseases, have a reduced functioning of the gallbladder or pancreas, need to give up mushrooms.”
