A new study shows that we should double the level of physical activity. However, it remains to be seen who has the time for this.

The level of exercise recommended by many experts to protect against premature death from any cause should be doubled – from 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week to 300, and from 75 minutes of intense exercise to 150. The authors of the study from Indiana University believe that it is extremely important for us to include physical activity in our daily routine wherever possible. And all because not everyone can specifically devote time to sports.
