“The risk of developing cancer increases even if a person refuses fried foods, but at the same time fatty meat and smoked meats are regularly present in his diet,” the doctor shared in his Telegram channel.
Gadzian emphasized that the danger of regular consumption of animal fats as a possible factor in cancer has been confirmed by several scientific studies. According to the expert, there is no need to completely give up meat, but its consumption should be extremely moderate. In addition, when consuming animal fats, it is important to eat as many fresh or lightly processed vegetables and fruits as possible so that the body receives enough fiber.

Also a serious factor in the development of cancer is inactivity and sedentary work, added Mark Gadzian .

“Sedentary behavior has a great influence on the development of tumors of the genitourinary organs. In this case, stagnation of blood circulation occurs in the pelvis and the cells experience oxygen starvation,” the expert explains.
