“Beta-sitosterol reduces the activity of an enzyme that accelerates the conversion of testosterone to its biologically active form, dihydrotestosterone,” the expert said, talking to Moscow 24.
Specifying which foods contain the “insidious” enzyme, Kononenko listed many useful relationships.
