Professor Boqueria spoke about the best foods for the liver – these include, for example, cruciferous vegetables. According to the doctor, the condition of the liver is positively affected by the consumption of various types of cabbage, as well as turnips, radishes and radishes, leafy green vegetables – salads, arugula, spinach. They contain substances that improve the organ's protection from inflammation.
