Nutritionist Alena Vavilova told who should minimize the amount of eggs or exclude them from their diet.

Nutritionist Vavilova warned that some people should not eat eggs. In particular, the expert noted, people with high cholesterol levels in the body should limit their egg consumption. The specialist explained that egg yolks are a saturated source of fats and cholesterol. The cholesterol contained in food does not always directly affect its level in people's blood, and many can eat eggs without fear that their cholesterol will increase. But if you already have a problem, you should use this product with caution and only after consulting with your doctor – it is quite possible that the doctor will recommend reducing their presence in the menu as much as possible.

“One large egg yolk contains approximately 186 mg of cholesterol, which is more than half of the recommended daily intake for an adult,” Alena Vavilova explained in an interview with “Championship.”
Another indication for refusing to eat eggs is a person's allergy to this product or food intolerance. If they exist, then after eating eggs, various negative symptoms arise – acne, dermatitis, psoriasis, digestive disorders in the form of diarrhea or constipation, discomfort after eating.

“In all these situations, you can take food intolerance tests, such as the FOX – Food Xplorer test,” the nutritionist suggested.
Vavilova drew attention to the fact that eggs may be contraindicated in some gastrointestinal tract problems – for example, pancreatitis, liver and gallbladder diseases. The expert stated that egg yolk has a choleretic effect and can provoke a worsening of existing gallstone disease.

Earlier, the MedikForum.ru portal wrote that claims about breast growth in men due to beer have no scientific evidence.
