Dietitian Sorokina warned about the existence of unhealthy foods and drinks. Their presence in the diet should be strictly limited, and ideally they should be completely excluded from it.

Energy and carbonated drinks.Their danger lies in the content of a large number of harmful chemicals that can provoke the appearance of various disorders in the digestive and cardiovascular systems, heart, thyroid gland.

“The use of these drinks can lead to sleep disturbance, mood swings, development anxiety states,” the nutritionist informed.
Coffee.The expert noted that there are many positive effects associated with drinking coffee, but its impact on health can be devastating if a person consumes too much caffeine on a day-to-day basis. In this case, he becomes prone to irritability, increased emotional excitability, as well as arrhythmias.

Semi-finished products. Products of this group are often present in the diet of Russians, but nutritionist Sorokina stated: you can use them for a maximum of two once a week. The harmful side of such products is that they are saturated with sugar, salt, calories. Their regular consumption threatens with weight gain, metabolic disorders, depression, insomnia.

Packaged fruit juices.Nutritionist Sorokina told the portal Pravda.Ru:
