Dietician Elena Solomatina noted the benefits of millet porridge as a source of important vitamins . In particular, vitamin PP, present in millet porridge, enhances protection against heart disease.

“This porridge contains vitamin PP, which protects against atherosclerosis and the development of cardiovascular diseases,” Solomatina told Moscow 24 .
