Dietician Mikhail Ginzburg explained the benefits of the presence of fermented milk products in the daily diet.

A well-known Russian nutritionist said that the body needs fermented milk products every day per day – their consumption provides calcium and bacteria that stimulate the healthy functioning of the intestinal microflora.

“One or two servings of fermented milk products per day guarantee a daily requirement of calcium, bifidobacteria and lactobacilli. In addition, it is a good, high-quality protein,” said Mikhail Ginzburg in a commentary for radio Sputnik
Speaking about the size of one serving of fermented milk products, the nutritionist clarified that it is equal to a glass of kefir, one package of cottage cheese no more than 200 g, two tablespoons sour cream. Ginzburg recalled that the state of the intestinal microflora, which improves thanks to their consumption, affects many aspects of health, including immunity, susceptibility to early aging and age-related pathologies, as well as cancer.

The specialist emphasized that only fermented milk products have a positive effect on the intestines products that do not contain sugar.
