Nutritionist Larisa Gabdulhakova advised people who are losing weight to include foods in their diet that help them reach their goal faster.

Nutritionist Gabdulkhakova told Izvestia what products people who are losing weight should include in their menu. The expert considers fermented products to be among the best.

“Pickles, sauerkraut, kvass and kefir are rich in beneficial bacteria that support intestinal function and eliminate metabolic disorders,” the nutritionist said about the effect of such products.
Gabdulkhakova added that the daily diet of those who want to lose weight should also include fiber (its sources are vegetables, fruits, greens, whole grains, berries). The specialist emphasized that plant foods improve metabolism, due to which the body more actively uses its fat during physical activity.

Also, according to the expert, omega-3 fatty acids contained in fatty fish or vegetable oils are useful for those losing weight.

“Omega-3 fatty acids are the basis of healthy weight and weight loss. Ideally, omega-3 should be taken as supplements before meals,” the specialist advised.
The nutritionist drew attention to seaweed – she called this product one of the most effective in losing weight. Gabdulkhakova explained that due to the saturation of iodine, they stimulate the thyroid gland and maintain a healthy metabolism.

In addition, the nutritionist recommended that those losing weight include animal protein in their diet. When there is not enough protein in the diet, normal metabolism is impossible in the body, the doctor warned.

Earlier, the MedikForum.ru portal wrote about which drugs provoke significant weight gain, they were named by doctor Alexander Myasnikov.
