egg for breakfast
According to Dmitry Duran, eggs, avocados, fish, yogurt should be included in the diet.

Being a nutrition expert, Duran told in an interview that avocado, although a fatty food, also contains a lot of fiber, which does not allow fat to be absorbed quickly.

“In addition to antioxidants, avocados are high in healthy fats – those that promote heart health and can increase the rate of fat burning in the body”, – note the specialist.
Another fatty but healthy food is the egg. Speaking with Vechernyaya Moskva, Durand specified that egg yolks provide the body with substances whose action stimulates the metabolism and, which helps to reduce the level of fats and “bad” cholesterol in the blood. Egg white, in turn, promotes muscle growth.

Dmitry Duran also recommended eating fish – it provides the body with protein, contains many useful omega-3 fatty acids.

“Some of the best sources of vitamin D are fish, including salmon, tuna, cod, herring and sardines,” he added.
Another food that can help maintain good health is Greek yogurt. The expert said that the product contains such important nutritional components as protein and microelements (potassium, calcium), due to which its consumption has a good effect on metabolism. In addition, yogurt is a source of probiotics that are important for intestinal health.
