Several doctors (cardiologist German Gandelman, immunologist Andrey Prodeus, ophthalmologist Mikhail Konovalov) listed in Elena Malysheva’s program foods that are useful to eat during the first meal. Malysheva herself told what kind of sandwich is useful to prepare and eat for breakfast.

“For breakfast you can eat a sandwich of bread, chicken, avocado and cheese,” said the doctor of medical sciences.
Elena Malysheva and other doctors noted that chicken is rich in protein, which improves brain function and concentration. In addition, protein provides a long-lasting feeling of fullness.

As for bread, experts added: eating it for breakfast provides carbohydrates, from which the brain extracts the glucose it needs. If you eat bread for breakfast, its carbohydrates will be used up by the body during the day to produce energy – there will be no risk of excess, which would lead to intense fat deposition

In turn, avocado is a source of the amino acid tyrosine, which helps improve the conductivity of nerve impulses.

Doctors advised coffee lovers to replace it with cocoa more often. Thanks to cocoa, vasodilation occurs, which stimulates a more intense flow of blood and with it nutrients to the brain.
