In turn, the doctor recommended that the kebab lovers make their own marinade from natural ingredients, without an excess of flavorings. The expert noted that industrial marinade is often oversaturated with salt and fat, and ready-made shish kebab often turns out to be a product of stale meat richly flavored with vinegar and spices.
