Doctor Mariyat Mukhina stated that butter in moderation promotes the production of a substance beneficial to the lungs.

According to Doctor of Medical Sciences Mariyat Mukhina, Butter is quite justifiably used in traditional medicine recipes for colds. The doctor noted that thanks to its use, the body more actively produces surfactant, which helps normalize lung function.

“It is recommended to consume no more than 30 grams of butter per day. It is important to buy butter without salt,” Dr. Mukhina shared her advice in an interview with Moscow 24.
She added that the product is also a source of a number of substances beneficial to the body in the form of calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamins A and D. Due to this, its use has a positive effect on bone strength, blood clotting, and muscle function. In addition, butter provides the body with easily digestible protein (casein).

You should not overuse butter, it contains a lot of fat and carbohydrates (milk sugar lactose). Passion for such products creates excess energy, leading to fat deposition.

Earlier, the MedikForum.ru portal wrote that nutritionist Margarita Koroleva recommends combining complete protein with plant fibers for weight loss.
