“This product contains a lot of vitamin B1, which helps the formation of neural connections. For the brain, seeds are food in the literal sense of the word: their consumption ensures connections between nerve cells, and connections are memory, our ability to learn,” explained Elena Malysheva.
Her colleague, immunologist Andrei Prodeus added that vitamin B1 (thiamine) is the main vitamin responsible for the height of human intelligence. Being a rich source of thiamine, sunflower seeds effectively provide support for brain activity.
