Doctors have named affordable products for effectively cleansing blood vessels from cholesterol, including buckwheat and apples in their list.
Doctors state that healthy blood vessels, free from atherosclerotic plaques, ensure normal blood circulation. This means that the internal organs are fully supplied with nutrients and oxygen, due to which they function without failures. As a result, a person is not at risk of ischemic diseases, heart attacks or strokes, and his chances of living a long life increase significantly.
Doctors reminded: in order to prevent plaques from forming in the vessels and atherosclerosis from developing, they must be clean, that is, not filled with excess cholesterol. Such cleansing of the vessels from cholesterol is facilitated, among other things, by eating the “right” foods, said experts of the project healthy-nutrition.rf.
Among the available products for cleansing the vessels from cholesterol, experts named buckwheat, which is well known to Russians – it contains microelements that are extremely important for vascular tissue.
“Potassium, silicon, phosphorus, magnesium and rutin make buckwheat a special product. Its consumption helps remove bad cholesterol and strengthen the walls of blood vessels,” the experts said.
Other affordable products that improve blood vessels are apples and garlic. Apples contain a lot of the flavonoid epicatechin, an antioxidant substance that helps prevent vascular occlusion and reduce blood pressure. Garlic, which is also a rich source of antioxidants, prevents blood clots.
Another valuable food component for vascular health is omega-3 fatty acids, which have the property of normalizing blood pressure and reducing the risk of heart attack. You can get them by eating fatty fish (for example, herring), seaweed, and some vegetable oils.
