Nutritionist and gastroenterologist Rustem Sadykov told what is best to eat for breakfast.

Doctor Sadykov named the components of the ideal breakfast, Doctor Peter reported. In particular, oatmeal is good for the morning meal, the expert noted. According to him, it is useful to add fresh or frozen fruits and nuts to oatmeal or cereal that requires long cooking – this enriches it with vitamins, minerals, healthy fatty acids, and protein.

“Oatmeal is rich in fiber, which helps control cholesterol levels, improves digestion and provides a feeling of satiety,” Sadykov explained.
He also named eggs among the ideal foods for breakfast: they are one of the best sources of protein, which supports muscle mass and a healthy weight. The doctor advised eating them together with whole grain bread.

In addition, cottage cheese is an excellent choice for an ideal breakfast. This product provides the body with such an important microelement as calcium, gives the same protein, and also probiotics that improve digestion and the state of the intestinal microflora.

Sadykov noted that when eating cottage cheese, yogurt and other fermented milk products for breakfast, you should not drink coffee with milk. According to the expert, the combination of milk with something fermented puts a lot of strain on the stomach and slows down the normal digestion process, causing bloating and discomfort.

Earlier, the MedikForum.ru portal wrote that replacing ready-made desserts with green bananas can help you lose weight.
