Pavlova spoke out about the fact that people who claim the great benefits of bone broth rather believe in it, and do not have evidence. The doctor advised not to consider bone broth very useful.

“There are many more cons in such a broth. It boils down and concentrates all the most harmful that is in meat and bones. Including purines, which increase uric acid levels. As a result, such a decoction will only worsen the condition of the joints and increase blood pressure, ”the specialist explained her position.
Pavlova added that bone broth is highly digestible. This quality makes it a suitable dish for people who are exhausted after serious physical exertion or illness. The broth provides a lot of energy, helps with recovery, and also promotes weight gain, increasing the risk of deposition of fatty tissues in the body.
