To reduce inflammation and improve metabolism, the doctor recommended including the following food groups in the diet:

  • Sources of vitamins in the form of vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, cereals;
  • Sources of protein in the form of fish, meat, seafood, eggs;
  • Sources of fats in the form of butter and GCI (in small quantities), vegetable oils

Lebedeva drew attention to the fact that today many people are afraid of sugar. However, when consumed in moderation, it is quite acceptable.

“Without harm to the body, you can eat no more than 50 grams of sugar daily – this amount includes all ready-to-eat products containing sugar.”
The doctor emphasized that a small the amount of natural sugar harms the body significantly less than foods rich in processed carbohydrates – sweets and industrially produced flour products.
