The doctor called in an interview the most harmful for breakfast, foods and dishes that are difficult to digest are “heavy.”

“This is any fatty meat, pork, even fatty beef. It is better not to use them,” the doctor says.
Breakfast in the form of complex dishes, which contain a large number of products at once, according to the nutritionist, is also harmful to the body – especially if they contain a lot of fat. Arzamastsev noticed that such culinary “works” become too heavy a burden for the gastrointestinal tract and can provide a person with an unpleasant feeling of heaviness, lethargy for the whole day.

Nutritionist Arzamastsev named the best products for losing weight after 40 years for breakfast, cereals from whole grains – buckwheat, oats, as well as light protein dishes such as cottage cheese, or scrambled eggs are best suited. Meat is also a protein product, but its absorption in it is aggravated by the presence of saturated fat in meat.
