Antonov, a doctor, warned in an interview that being active in sports increases their risk of heart disease. With intense exercise, a temporary rise in blood pressure occurs. If, with existing obesity, there are already some problems with the heart, such a jump in pressure can cause a serious complication, up to a possible heart attack.

In particular, during jogging, excessive stress is placed on the knees. The doctor advised to abandon it – swimming and exercising in the water would be more useful.
